Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Tech Lead Developer** to join our growing team. As a Tech Lead Developer at Simular.ai, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our technical vision, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the successful implementation of our AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, mentor developers, and deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications and solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Drive the technical strategy and architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and security of our products.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure coding best practices are followed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving our development processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Participate in the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent for the development team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role, with a strong background in software development.
Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, and a solid understanding of AI algorithms and frameworks.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a track record of leading successful development teams.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is advantageous.
